Rabbi Yitzchak Ben DavidRosh Hamidrasha
Rabbi Yitzchak Ben David teaches Talmud and Jewish Thought at the Midrasha. A graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion, Rav Yitzchak received Semicha from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate in 2007. Rosh Midrasha since 2012, Rav he holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and Talmud from Hebrew University and is currently a doctoral student at Bar Ilan University Law School researching the exegetical processes and changes during the rabbinic period while analyzing the social and historical developments and life circumstances of Jewish society during this period. He lives on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv is married to Smadar and the father of four.

Rachel KerenDirector of the Beit Midrash
Rachel Keren has taught Jewish Thought, Tanach and Gemara in the Midrasha for the last 23 years. She is also the head of the "Yuval" program for overseas students. Rachel holds an MA in Jewish History and Jewish Philosophy from Hebrew University and is a graduate of the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership. She is currently a doctoral student in the Gender studies department in Bar Ilan University, researching the Halakhic attitude of Sepharadic rabbis towards women in the 20th century and in parallel is studying in the halacha program at Beit Morasha. Rachel is the former Chair of Kolech – the Feminist Religious Women’s' Forum. She is a member of Kibbutz Ein Hanaziv, is married to Gedalia, the mother of three and the grandmother of two.
Dr. Esther FisherEducational Director
Dr. Esther Fisher is a graduate of Midreshet Ein Hanatziv’s first class. She has been teaching Gemara, Rabbinic Literature and gender studies at the Midrasha for the last ten years. Esther holds a BA and MA in Talmud from Hebrew University and is a graduate of Kerem Institute for teacher's training and of Matan. She is holds a doctorate in Gender Studies from Bar Ilan University. Esther is the mother of five and lives on Merav.
Michal EfratiR'amit Gmara
Michal Efrati is a R’amit Gemara and also teaches halacha. A graduate of Midreshet Ein Hanatziv. And Matan’s Advanced Talmud program, Michal holds a BA in Jewish History from Hebrew University and a teaching certificated in Oral Law and History from Herzog College. She is currently studying to be a halachic advisor in the program sponsored by the Ariel Foundation at Midreshet Nishmat. Michal lives with her family on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv.
Maharat Avital EngelbergR'amit Gmara
Maharat Avital Engelberg - Avital studied halach at Midreshet Lindenbaum ane earned Orthodox smicha at Yeshivat Maharat in New York. She holds a BA in Theater from Tel Aviv University and an MA in Talmud from Bar Ilan University. Avital teaches Gemara and is a group facilitator in several different frameworks. She is very interested in the concept of truth and in the development of halacha by the sages (חז"ל). Avital lives on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv with her family
Galit CeremR'amit Gmara
Galit Cerem - Hold a BA in History from Hebrew University and an MA in Talmud and Jewish History from Beit Morasha in partnership with Touro College. She has also studied facilitation of learning groups at Midreshet Oranim. Galit lives in Ma’ale Gilboa with her family
Amichai RosenfeldRam Gmara
Amichai Rosenfeld is a R”am Gemara at the Midrasha and coordinates the mastery curriculum. He also teaches at the Yeshivat Hesder in Yerucham, and at Yeshivat Siach Yitzchak and Beith Morasha in Jerusalem. A graduate of Yeshivat Maaleh Adumim, Amichai holds a BA in Talmud and Jewish Philosophy from the Herzog College and is currently studying for an MA in Talmud at Hebrew University. He lives on Ein Hanatziv and is the father of three.
Hadas CohenR'amit Gmara
Hadas Cohen is a R'amit Gmara and teaches Rabbinic literature and a course on prayer at the Midrasha. A graduate of Midreshet Lindenbaum, Hadas holds a BA in Jewish History and Literature from Bar Ilan University. She is a graduate of Yair Kaspi’s “Jewish Psychology” program and a member of the “Neshima” program which focuses on the connection between body and soul. Hadas lives with her family on Kibbutz Ma’ale Gilboa.
Dr. Hezi CohenCoordinator Tanach Studies
Dr. Hezi Cohen teaches Tanach and ….He holds a PhD in Bible Studies from Bar Ilan University. A graduate of Yeshivat Hakibbutz Hadati at Ein Tsurim, and Hezi also teaches Tanach at Yeshivat Maale Gilboa. He lives on Ma’ale Gilboa and is the father of three.
Elisheva BollagRamit Gmara
Elisheva Bollag is a R’amit Gemara and teaches Hebrew in the Midrasha’s Uplan. Elisheva is a graduate of the Midrasha at Ein Hanatziv, she holds a BA in Jewish Thought and Bible studies and an MA in Jewish Thought from the Hebrew University as well as a teaching certificate from the Rivivim program. Elisheva taught in the Adult Beit Midrash in the Beit Yisrael urban kibbutz, and she coordinated and developed content for the Tal Torah Beit Midrasha (Life Cycle Education). Elisheva lives on Ein Hanatziv.
Netanel FarbshteinLecturer, Chasidut
Netanel Farbshtein teaches classes on Chassidut and facilitates the creating writing group. He also lectures at the Rotenberg Institute for Jewish Psychology. Netanel is a graduate of the Yeshiva at Otniel and a graduate of the program for Jewish Psychology at Beit Morasha. He lives with his family on Ma’ale Gilboa.
Rabbi Shimon PizemCoordinator Halacha Studies
Graduate of the High Kollel at Yeshivat Har Etzion where he studied for 14 years. Rav Shimon received Smicha from Israel's Chief Rabbinate. He teaches Halacha, and Gmara in the Midrasha. Rav Shimon lives on Kibbutz Ein Hanatzuv with is wife and children.
Rav Asi BlancTeacher of Jewish Thought
Rav Asi has been the Rabbi of Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv since 2000, and is the Director of Midreshet Neta in Beit Shean. A graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion, Rav Asi received Smicha from Israel's Chief Rabbinate and is a member of “Beit Hillel” and “Tzohar”. He has a BA in Business Studies and an MBA from Haifa University. Rav Asi lives with his family on Kibbutz Ein Hanatziv.

Chen is a graduate of the Beit Midrash for Women at Migdal Oz, and the High Beit Midrash at Beit Morasha. She has a BA in Talmud from Bar Ilan University and lives on Hispin in the Golan.
Lea Taragin ZellerLecturer Judaism and Gender
Lea Taragin-Zeller teaches a course in gender and Judaism at the Midrasha and provides educational guidance to the overseas students. A graduate of Midreshet Migdal Oz. Lea holds BA in the Multidisciplinary Studies Program in Humanities as well as BA and MA in Sociology and Anthropology from Hebrew University, where she is currently pursuing her doctorate. Lea is also a research fellow in the program for Human Rights and Judaism at Hebrew University and the Israel Institute for Democracy. She teaches at Mehinat Haemek and Midreshet Yeud in Jerusalem. Lea lives on Ma’ale Gilboa and is the mother of two.

Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Maaleh Gilboa, Rabbi Bigman is one of the founders of the Midrasha and is a member of the Midrasha’s strategic management forum. He holds a BA in Economics from Wayne State University. Rav Bigman Studied under Rav Aharon Soloveichik, Rav Aryeh Leib Bakst, Rav Yisrael Zev Gustman and in Yeshivat Mercaz HaRav. He served as the Rabbi of Kibbutz Maaleh Gilboa and was the Rosh Yeshiva in Yeshivat Hakibbutz Hadati at Ein Tsurim . Rav Bigman teaches Halacha and Jewish Thought in the Midrasha.

Rabbi Dr. Yoseph Slotnik teaches a course at the Midrasha on halacha and contemporary life. Rav Yoseph has Semicha from the Israeli Chief Rabbinate, is a graduate of Yeshivat Har Etzion, has a B.A. in Computer Science, an MA in History, and recently completed his PhD in Talmud all at Bar Ilan University. Rav Slotnik is a R’am at Yeshivat Ma’ale Gilboa and in the past was a Ra"m at Yeshivat Neve Shmuel and was the Rosh Yeshiva of Capetown. Rav Slotnik lives on Kibbutz Ma’ale Gilboa with his family.
